Hailing from Perth, this naturally captivating alt-folk femme trio have a gift for harmony Scenstr describes as ‘staggering and utterly empowering’. The Holy Smoke brings together three sensational, seasoned female voices, paired with two acoustic guitars, a keyboard and a whole lot of soul. Combining musical backgrounds of country, folk, soul and gospel, Rose Parker, Karlee Rae and Delilah Rose will take you up the river on an alt-folk journey and beyond. Paddle not included.

 

Each a beautiful performer in their own right, Rose Parker has toured extensively throughout Australia, USA and Canada as one half of the Velvet Janes, supporting artists including Arlo Guthrie, Ani DiFranco, Luka Bloom and The Black Sorrows, Delilah Rose is a 2019 WA Country Music Award winner, 2019 ISC Songwriting Comp nominee and 2018 WAM Award nominee, whilst Karlee Rae is a top graduate from WAAPA, is in her 20th year of vocal and piano coaching, has toured internationally and recorded multiple albums and EP’s.

Since their first show in early 2017, The Holy Smoke have supported Eskimo Joe at Mandurah CrabFest, played Nannup Festival 2019 and released their debut EP The River 5th July 2019 garnering significant local and national airplay.
