The original project of bassist and composer Yann Vissac (Koi Child, Kashikoi, Baka Gaijin) was formed in 2018 when Vissac recruited Yoann Degioanni (keys/synth) and Miles Gilbert (drums) for a live debut. The trio extended to the current configuration with the addition, in 2019, of saxophonist Alannah Chapman and percussionist Lipe Campos (aka. Dirty Hands Beats). In 2020, Ethan Walter joined the band, in lieu of Yoann Degioanni.

Inspired by jazz, soul, hip hop and even late Romanticism, Vissac define their approach to their craft as the bold exploration of the scope of human emotion, through an immersive sound world. Razor-sharp rhythms, sensuous saxophone, synths and luxurious keys contribute to creating a musical experience that refuses to limit itself to one genre or one era. Adventurous, playful and refreshingly pleasant, their music is best enjoyed with an open mind and an appetite for eclecticism.
