Cesare is one half of local alt-rap duo Otiuh, and wears many hats in the Perth music scene – while label managing for ALLBREED (Mali Jo$e, Cruz Patterson, Superego), grant writing, crafting music videos, producing, all the while maintaining a rapid release schedule and playing live shows with his own act.
