Heath Bradby is a band manager with 29 years experience in the music industry. He has worked as a manager, major label A&R, head of an indie label, DJ, booking agent and promoter. His company Fidelity represents a unique range of artists who have Gold, Platinum and Number 1 records to their name, as well as a fierce commitment to both touring and the constant search for better art. Globally sustainable careers and international touring are a key focus of Fidelity, who have over the years co-ordinated tours throughout the Americas, Europe, Russia, China, Africa and India – including many repeat visits.

Fidelity currently manages the careers of Thelma Plum, Karnivool, West Thebarton and Molly Millington and has previously looked after acts such as Jebediah, Drapht, Downsyde, Snowman and Papa vs Pretty.

Heath thinks people spend way to much time thinking about the music industry and not enough time thinking about music.
