Max is the APAC Label Manager at legendary American indie label Secretly Group, looking after operations and marketing for ANZ, Asia and Africa. He started his career at Apple Music in London on the Editorial & Label Relations team; before moving to independent hip-hop label GRADUATION* as a Product Manager. Two years ago he made the move down under as Secretly’s first employee in Australia, working across the labels Dead Oceans, Jagjaguwar and Secretly Canadian. In his current role, he has worked on projects by artists including Phoebe Bridgers, Bon Iver, Mitski, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Stella Donnelly and more; overseeing all marketing, strategy and on-ground activity for Secretly’s releases in APAC.
